8. Favorite keyblade?

Three Wishes.

Once at a con I wanted to buy a keyblade necklace charm and it was my favorite of the ones left XD But it worked better than expected because Jasmine was always my favorite princess. And honestly the simpler keyblades that look more like actual keys are my favorite ones. In 3D I accidentally triggered the final seventeen-hour-long boss battle sequence while using All For One because I hated questing with the more powerful blades purely for aesthetic reasons. Actually now I think about it I’d say All For One is my second favorite keyblade because that Three Musketeers movie is on my short list of movies in general that I could watch on repeat indefinitely and still adore every minute of. MooooOOOOOAHAHAHAHAHA!

12. Favorite ship?

If this means romance ships, Soriku obviously. If it means Gummi ship, fucking NONE because I LOATHE THE GUMMI SHIPS. I can’t for the fucking life of me figure out the builder in KH1. Few things in the world make me feel as stupid as that Gummi garage does. I WENT TO COLLEGE

17. Favorite catch phrase?

Not so much a catch phrase as a catch…action? I noticed while replaying re:CoM that Sora is CONSTANTLY doing that move where he swipes one hand along in front of him and then clenches both fists. It’s like they forgot he had any other movements available for cutscenes. So now whenever he does it I just giggle like a loon. I wish I could find a gif of it but I have no idea what to search for :T

No but really ummmm huh. Being able to play as other characters for prolonged periods of time would be swell. But my selfish hope is that Sora holds on to his position as protagonist. Obviously all the other characters are important and it’s more of an ensemble cast at this point but… man I’m just really defensive of that kid.

1. Favorite keyblader?

Sora hands down by a million trillion miles and a years worth of landslides. I have legitimately used him as a role model to get myself to be more optimistic, helpful, forgiving, and did I mention optimistic? I am obnoxiously optimistic because of that kid.

15. Favorite character voice?

Honestly, the Disney characters that are voiced by really experienced voice actors. A lot of KH dialogue has a certain cadence to it that makes it feel pretty, well, scripted. But they sound more natural. I’m really bad at explaining this, I’m sorry.

18. Best memory playing?

Oh man, probably when I first beat re:CoM and discovered Reverse Rebirth. I just ran around in circles as Riku doing nothing in particular for like half an hour, periodically shouting at my poor trapped roommate thing like “LOOK KELSEY LOOK I’M RIKU ARE YOU SEEING THIS SHIT LOOK AT THIS FLIP HE DOES HOLY SHIT I’M RIKU LOOK KELS WHY AREN’T YOU LOOKING AT ME BEING RIKU OVER HERE OMG.” EDIT cuz i just remembered it was basically a prolonged and toned-down version of how maky bricks I shat when you momentarily become him in the KH2 final battle. I accidentally got Sora killed a few times because I was too busy being in shock over suddenly being Riku XD

19. Want anime adaption?

Huh! That had honestly never occurred to me. Maybe? i mean I’m sure however they did it, I’d find ways to be both extremely happy and extremely annoyed about it. So i guess I’ll say that i wouldn’t mind one, but I’m not actively WANTing of one either.

2. Favorite world?

Traverse Town. I could be in there forever. Between the music and the color scheme/lighting and the fact that it’s sort of your home base in KH1, I just find it really a really comforting place. Moderately butthurt that they “enhanced” the music in 3D.

5. Favorite game?

Given that I’ve only played 1, 2, re:CoM, and 3D, I have to say 2. Though I’m eternally butthurt that they took away dodge roll in that one.

13. Favorite scene?

Obvious Soriku-y things aside, I honestly have the most squee for the scene in the CoM manga where Mickey tells Riku to remember to brush his teeth. I’ve been sitting here for a full five minutes trying to articulate why, but I’m bad at words. It’s just the cutest, okay.
